From Concept to Completion: Your Partner in Creating Exceptional Experiences
The world of creating experiences is thrilling
and chaotic. It's also rewarding and enriching.
There's nothing like getting to the end of an event and realizing that what you helped to create
made a difference in how someone views the world, interacts with others, or prioritizes their time.
I'm passionate about creating spaces for people to learn, connect, and be energized.
Balancing leadership responsibilities and personal life can be overwhelming. I am here to help leaders
not lose themselves in the busyness of life. Leading a team, creating systems, designing an experience,
and having a fulfilling personal life is hard, but not impossible.

Here are three ways we can work together:
Consulting
One of the things I love to do is consult with leaders. I love hearing about your dreams, your goals, and your struggles. I want to come alongside you to help you have more effective meetings and to help you create unique experiences for your audience. By digging into conversations about your meeting structure, your calendar, and how you work with teams, we can work together to streamline what you do and how you do it. Engaging in meaningful conversations and providing practical strategies to help teams create environments for live productions, events, and creative experiences. Whether you need just a few one-on-one coaching sessions or a more in-depth, ongoing consulting package, we can customize a plan that fits you best.
Event Producing
Working with organizations to ideate, plan, and produce events is one of my favorite things. I love the entire process and would love to work with your organization to help bring your ideas to life. From the beginning of the process with the first meeting, through execution to the debrief, I enjoy every part of creating experiences and would love to work with you. I am available to work with you to create an event from start to finish or to produce an event on-site once all the details are in place, and you need someone to come in and execute the plan.
Speaking
Speaking to an audience allows me to share what I've learned over the years. Yes, I learned how to produce events, create experiences, develop systems, and lead teams, but also how to still take the time to find Jesus in our everyday lives. I love helping others by sharing from my experiences - good and bad. And I'm still learning and experiencing new things every day to share. I am available to speak at team meetings, conferences, and other events. My topics include how to create experiences, lead teams, maintain joy in high-stress situations, and effectively engage the next generation.
