I help leaders find purpose and peace while unleashing the passion that lives deep inside.
I'm Colette - my friends call me Coco. I'm a producer, author, and speaker who has been in the event space for over three decades. I know what you're thinking, "we wouldn't be able to tell it from your hair." To be clear, though, this color red isn't my natural "red."
I started leading teams and producing events when I joined North Point Community Church in Alpharetta, GA shortly after it was founded in 1996.
I have one mission: to inspire leaders to keep showing up, keep making a difference, and keep looking for peace amid the chaos of leading.
I've had the amazing opportunity to work with several non-profit organizations over the years. During my time with non-profits, I've produced events, directed camps, led volunteer teams, and coordinated retreats.
“If Coco is on the project, it’s going to be excellent.”
—J.R. Collins, Music Director for Crowder
While I worked at Orange, I produced all of their events, including the Orange Tour and the Orange Conference.
As a producer, I was responsible for all content, creative direction, and event strategy. Because of this, I've honed my ability to quickly get to the heart of a message and understand the importance of an easily digestible talk that resonates with diverse audiences.
Over the years, I've learned invaluable lessons from navigating challenges and adapting on the go. Now, I'm eager to share these experiences to empower others. I recently co-authored a book called Creating Experiences for Kids, which is full of information from my years of creating and producing events.
